To purchase from King Store Fixtures, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable shipping charges and taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout or confirmed after order placement.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error or typo, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed prices. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email confirms receipt only — it does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is officially accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or, for custom or made-to-order items, when production begins. Until that point, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock limitations.
Errors in product or pricing information.
Issues identified by our fraud or credit screening.
Inability to ship to the provided address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment

You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate, current, and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to verify payment details and hold or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

Shipping & Delivery

Return window. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items. We do not accept returns of assembled products, custom or made-to-order fixtures, or clearance items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return process. To start a return, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defect on arrival.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order cancellation. You may cancel a standard stock order before it ships at no charge. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. For transit damage, please also note the details on the bill of lading (BOL) and take pictures of both the BOL and the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Warranty & Disclaimers

King Store Fixtures stands behind the quality of the fixtures we manufacture and supply. Products are built using commercial-grade materials and are intended for retail-use environments.

Except as expressly stated in writing for a specific product, all products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any manufacturer’s warranty that applies to a specific product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product itself, at our sole discretion. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or installation.
Misuse, overloading beyond stated weight capacity, or use outside a normal retail environment.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or color variation between batches.
Damage caused during transit (which is handled under the carrier claim process above).

Assembly & Installation

Most fixtures ship flat-packed and require on-site assembly. All products come with assembly instructions, and standard items such as gondolas, slatwall panels, and gridwall systems can be installed with basic tools.

For larger projects or complex builds, we recommend using a qualified installation professional. King Store Fixtures is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or product damage that results from improper assembly, installation, or use of our products.

Acceptable Use of the Site

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
Scrape, copy, mirror, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site.

Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or harassing content.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
