All our deliveries are within the United States. For now, we are not offering international shipping.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and packaging of the product, as well as the delivery location. Once you have placed your order, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping charges and finalize delivery details.
Note: All timelines provided are estimates and are subject to change in case of unexpected delays due to carrier, weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc.
Shipping Restrictions
Most of our products are fragile and require special handling during transit.
Shipping Insurance
- To maintain transparency, we photograph all products during the loading process and send the images to our customers as proof. This is to make sure that the item is in perfect condition prior to shipment, before being dispatched.
- King Store Fixtures is not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transit.
- If your product arrives in damaged condition, you are advised to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
- We recommend reviewing shipments upon arrival to report any issues promptly.
Order Tracking
Once we have shipped your order, our team will provide you with tracking details via text message. With this, you can track/monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate your preferences:
Online Payments: Zelle and wire transfers.
In-Person Payments: Debit cards, credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. For credit or debit card payments, we encourage customers to swipe their cards physically at our Houston location.
No additional payment options, such as PayPal or Buy Now Pay Later services, are currently available.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- We adhere to a 15-day return policy, which means that you have to request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- All products returned must be unassembled, non-defective, and in their original condition/packaging in order to qualify for a successful return.
Exemptions
- Any items assembled will not qualify for the “return and exchange policy”.
- Any orders custom-made as per your guidance and requirement will not be returned.
Return Process
- Contact our team via email (support@kingfixtures.com or kingfixtures@gmail.com) or phone (346-464-4232) to initiate a return.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our Houston location (6740 Harwin Dr, Suite H, Houston, TX 77036) in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
- King Store Fixtures will not be responsible for paying the “Return Shipping Cost”. Instead, the sole responsibility of any cost needed for return will be borne by the customer.
Restocking Fees
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover handling and processing costs.
Refund Method and Processing Time
- Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used.
Return Process Time
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item received is damaged or defective, you must report it immediately without delay to the shipping company, as King Store Fixtures is not responsible for damages or defects that occur during transit.
- Attaching the photo proof of the damaged item is a mandatory requirement by the shipping company when filing the claim.
- We recommend that all deliveries, when received, should be thoroughly inspected by the customer, and if a claim is needed, then promptly do so.
Cancellations
All orders should be cancelled before they are processed. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order is shipped from our location, then cancellation is not allowed.

Holiday Policy
During holidays or busy seasons, shipping and returns may take longer than expected due to high demand or delays from the carrier.
Our team will notify you if there are any changes to the estimated delivery or processing times.
