Where do you ship and what delivery options are available?
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery options include Standard Shipping (based on size, weight, packaging, and destination), Local Pickup, Scheduled Delivery, and Expedited Shipping for faster timelines. All timelines are estimates and may shift due to carrier or weather delays.
What is your return policy and who pays return shipping?
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unassembled, non-defective, and in original condition/packaging. Assembled items and custom-made orders aren’t eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 10–15 business days.
